SERVICE LANES & ALCOVES

3 metre wide service lanes are provided at the rear of each plot – a premium feature seldom seen in NCR. Barring piped gas, all other services (power, water, sewerage and a conduit for optic fibre) have been laid in the service lanes. This allows for convenient maintenance with minimal disruption to residents. Individual metered connections for groundwater, treated water and electricity are provided in the exclusive service alcove of each plot.

FLOODING MITIGATION

Rainfall flows naturally into specially designed parks ensuring that homes and roads are kept clear from flooding during monsoon. During periods of heavy rainfall, these parks turn into mini lakes and can store up to five million litres of rainwater.

STATE GRID CONNECTION

Millgrove draws electricity straight from a adjoining 33kV DHBVNL substation, which in turn is directly connected to the 220kV HPVNL (State Grid) switching yard in Sector 72. So that Millgrove has the very best possible power connection, a 33kV electrical line has been specially laid all the way from the switching yard, roughly 8km away.

WATER RECYCLING PLANT

All wastewater is treated on site and recycled for automated irrigation of the common greens. This allows the parks to look green and lush year-round. Onsite water treatment recycles water for horticulture.

PIPED GAS

A provision for metered piped gas is provided to the front of each plot. This can be used for individual back up power and/or as an alternative to gas cylinders for cooking.

MAINTENANCE STAFF

Dedicated teams - including gardening, electrical and mechanical engineers - ensure that common areas and services are regularly maintained throughout the year.

SAFE & SECURE

Millgrove is a private gated community protected by a 24/7 security team and common area CCTV. For further peace of mind, a high boundary wall wraps around the entire perimeter of the estate.

WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE

To minimise disruption, segregated household waste is collected by specialist vehicles from each plot’s individual service alcove located in the service lanes.
